We are urgently looking for an ambitious and driven young individual wishing to learn about Residential Lettings & Management from the ground upwards. The job role will include the following:

- Greeting Clients

- Answering Telephone Calls & Taking Messages

- Photocopying, Fax & Scanning Duties

- Assisting other colleagues when needed

- All aspects of lettings administration incl uploading properties, registering clients, making

appointments, sending emails, holding deposits, tenancy agreements etc

- Training will be given on an on-going basis but it is vitally important the prospective job applicant

shows a get up and go attitude!

Requirements:

- Good standard of English & Maths

- IT Literate - Competent at using Word, Excel, Outlook etc

- Young Individual

- Driving Licence and/or own Car would be a bonus but not a requirement

Salary dependent on Qualification & Experience
